[table id=36 responsive=flip /]
Honor 5C has a 5.2-inch Full HD IPS Display having a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels while LeEco Le2 has a larger 5.5-inch Full HD IPS Display (1920 x 1080 pixels). A smaller display serves sharp text and images but the display size could be a personal choice in my opinion.
Talking about the specifications, LeEco Le2 has a 3 GB RAM, 32 GB internal storage and 1.8 GHz CPU from Qualcomm Snapdragon 652. Honor 5C has 2 GB RAM, 16 GB internal storage, and 2.0 GHz CPU from Huawei’s Kirin 650. The Qualcomm Snapdragon 652 on LeEco Le2 features 4 four Cortex-A72 cores clocked at 1.8 GHz and 4 Cortex-A53 cores clocked at 1.4 GHz making it an octa-core CPU while in the case of Honor 5C, there are a total of 8 Cortex-A53 cores in which 4 are clocked at 2.0 GHz and other 4 cores Cortex A53 clocked with a reduced frequency of 1.7 GHz.
Storage is also an important area to look for, Honor 5C has 16 GB internal which can be expanded further up to 256 GB while the LeEco Le2 offers a doubled internal storage i.e. 32 GB but no option to expand it further. Honor 5C can hold up to 272 GB of data compared to the low 32 GB storage found on LeEco Le2. For people who loves storing a chunk of data, Honor 5C is recommended since it has the option to add extra storage with a MicroSD card.
Coming to the cameras, the Honor features a 13 MP rear camera with f/2.0 aperture supporting PDAF, single LED flash and up to 1080p videos. LeEco Le2 features a 16 MP rear camera with f/2.0 aperture supporting PDAF, dual tone LED flash and 4K videos. Honor 5C captures stunning images, the image quality from this 13 MP shooter is better than that from the 16 MP camera on LeEco Le2. We have already shared Honor 5C camera samples. Although, LeEco Le2 can record higher resolution and better slow motion videos, but the image quality cannot stand against the Honor 5C’s camera. Honor 5C has more camera features like Ultra Snapshot, Good Food, Light Painting, All Focus, Watermark, Document Scan and much more. The front camera turns out to be best in Honor 5C. Honor 5C features 8 MP, f/2.0 aperture whereas LeEco Le2 features 8 MP, f/2.2 aperture.
As for the battery, both of them sports a 3000 mAh non-removable battery. Honor 5C wins in the battery segment, it has a power efficient 16 nm FinFET+ Kirin 650 chipset which also creates less heat. Higher power CPUs can take as much battery on load. Overall Honor 5C is definitely to look for when you have the budget. Do share your views about these two best smartphones in the comments below.
