This MCA service will help users to know who called them over their landline while they were out or missed it due to some other reason. This service will indeed be very much useful for everyone as sometimes, they may miss an urgent and important call and with this service they will know the number from which they missed the call and may be interested in calling it back.

If you are wondering how they service will work, then all the user has to do is register their mobile number with MTNL and when they miss a call, MTNL will send them an SMS over their Registered Mobile Number with details of the call instantly.

As an introductory offer, MTNL is offering the registration and usage of the service free for all MTNL Landline users until the May 31, 2012. After this period MTNL will charge user just Rs. 20/month for the service.

If you are a MTNL landline user and wish to activate the service then all you have to do is call 1500 from your landline or visit the nearest MTNL Customer Service Centre and give a request for the activation of the service and register your mobile number with them.

If at any point any user wishes to change the Registered Mobile Number with MTNL then all they have to do is call a dedicated IVR number 127127 and follow the instructions and change it.
