Huawei has teased the launch of a new device by posting a teaser on its official Twitter handle. The tweet read “Bringing to life Rhythm x Entertainment. Experience what it’s about at #CES2016.“, whereas the poster also has the words “Rhythm x Entertainment” written on it.
The poster also shows off the side view of a metal device which looks thin and has “New Style for New Year” written below it. As you can see in the image, the grills appear to be that of the speaker, which means this device will boast off the speakers on the side panel instead of having them on the bottom, or on the front or at the back. We can expect some new design language from Huawei.
Huawei is all set to launch a new device tomorrow in Las Vegas. The device shown in the poster above is expected to be the Honor X3 tablet. Going by the previous leaks, the Honor X3 is expected to be powered by Kirin 950 SoC coupled with 4GB of RAM. The Honor X3 is also rumored to boast off a massive 6.2-inch display having a resolution of 1600 x 2560 pixels.
Probable Honor X3 specifications:
- CPU: Kirin 950 SoC
- RAM: 4GB
- Operating System: Android 6.0 Marshmallow
- Display: 6.2-inch display with a resolution of 1600 x 2560 pixels
- Rear Camera: 20MP
- Front Camera: 8MP
- Internal Storage: 64GB
As of yet, there aren’t much details available, but hey, we don’t need to wait much either as Huawei is all set to launch the teased device tomorrow. Are you excited about the launch event?
