While most smartphones have started employing high-end processors, MediaTek has now launched the MediaTek Helio P10.
MediaTek has announced the launch of the MediaTek Helio P10, which is the first processor in the new Helio P series. The new processor is apparently aimed for smartphones in the mid-range to high-end segments. The Helio P10 flaunts a 2 GHz True Octa-core 64-bit Cortex-A53 CPUs and 700 MHz Dual-core 64-bit Mali-T860 GPU.
the MediaTek Helio P10 has support for 21 MP premium camera with the world’s first TrueBright ISP engine for ultra-sensitive RWWB to capture twice as much light as traditional RGB sensors in order to retain true colour and detail, even in low light, new de-noise/de-mosaic HW, PDAF, video iHDR, dual main camera, less than 200ms shot-to shot delay and video face beautify. The processor would be available for OEMs in Q3 2015.
