A few weeks after announcing the Sony Xperia C3, popularly know as the selfie smartphone, the company has now launched the smartphone in India.
Sony has announced the launch of the Sony Xperia C3 in India. The handset, which is a mid-range Android smartphone, focusses on selfies and has a 5 MP front facing ‘PROselfie cam’ camera with 80 degree field of view. To add to that, there is also a soft LED flash. The device flaunts a 5.5 inch display with the Mobile BRAVIA Engine 2 and resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels.
The Sony Xperia C3 also has an 8 MP rear facing wide-angle camera Exmor RS sensor and LED flash. The phone runs on the latest Android KitKat version with a 2500 mAh battery. The device launched in India would also have dual SIM support. The handset is priced at Rs. 23990 and would be available in black, white and mint colour options starting from September 1.
