With the Nokia Lumia 520 doing exceptionally well in emerging markets like India, Nokia has already announced the successor – the Nokia Lumia 525 has been announced.
The Nokia Lumia 525 features a 4 inch IPS LCD display with resolution of 800 x 480 pixels. The device is powered by a 1 GHz dual core Snapdragon S4 processor along with 1 GB of RAM and 8 GB of internal storage, which is further expandable to 64 GB using microSD card. There is also an Adreno 305 GPU. The handset is available in Orange, White and Yellow colours. The phone also has exchangeable back covers.
The Nokia Lumia 525 is equipped with a 5 MP rear facing auto focus camera with the latest Nokia Camera app. The phone runs on the Windows Phone 8 OS with the Lumia Black update and has a 1430 mAh battery. The handset is expected to reach India soon with a pricing similar to the Lumia 520.
