Gaana.com, which is the largest music streaming website in India, has crossed 1 million downloads of its Gaana mobile app, which was launched just 45 days back. To celebrate, the company has launched version 2.0 of the Gaana app and in addition released the Gaana+ app.
The Gaana 2.0 app has new additions like My Zone, which allows you instant access to your favourite music across any device. The search has been improved, making it even easier to find tracks. The 2.0 version of the app also supports multi-bit rate streaming, allowing you to choose the quality of output convenient for your connection.
Also the Gaana+ for iPhone is a new premium subscription service, which besides giving you access to the songs, allows you to download the songs you like. The app also provides music at ultra-high quality. Being a premium service, the app is totally free from ads. The app is available for a trial period of 15 days for $2.99. Currently the Gaana+ app is limited to the iOS platform, but would soon be released on the Android platform also.
