Teleservices (Maharashtra) Limited (TTML),has emerged the best amongst all operators in a recent report by the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) on congestion.
In the report for Q2 – FY08, TTML’s network has recorded zero congestion across all its Points of Interconnect (POI). This comes close on the heels of TTML being rated as the No.1 wireless telecom service provider in overall customer satisfaction across Mumbai and Maharashtra in studies commissioned by TRAI.
Commenting on this achievement, Mr. Haridev Khosla, President – Network, Tata Teleservices (Maharashtra) Limited, said, “We have now achieved the status of being congestion-free in 2 consecutive TRAI reports.
