Tata Indicom rated number one in Customer Satisfaction in Maharashtra & Goa

In an independent survey commissioned by the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI), Tata Teleservices (Maharashtra) Ltd. (TTML) has been rated the No. 1 service provider in overall customer satisfaction for wireless services in the Mumbai and Maharashtra circles. This finding comes close on the heels of a recent report by TRAI about TTML being the only congestion – free network across both these circles.
The TRAI survey covered over 12,000 customers in these circles in two simultaneous but separate studies on customer perception and objective assessment of wireless services. The Company has topped both the objective assessment as well as the perception audit in the wireless space in Mumbai.
Commenting on the survey results, Mr. Rajesh Puri, President (Wireless Operations), Tata Teleservices (Maharashtra) Limited, said, “This finding is a tremendous endorsement of the quality of our network, and the effort we have put into offering our customers a wide variety of products and services, backed by good customer care.
