Sony Ericsson Xperia Arc HD (Nozomi) spotted again in Hong Kong

Last month we saw the Xperia Arc HD out in the leaks boasting an HD display. Codenamed as the Nozomi, or what we think it is, the smartphone was spotted again in Hong Kong where it is said to be being tested by carriers.
The smartphone shows an improvement in the Sony Ericsson UI, but we can't be sure if it's Gingerbread or Ice Cream Sandwich.
The rumoured specs say it will have a 1.5 GHz dual-core processor, 1GB of RAM, a 4.3-inch 720p display and a 12MP camera with Sony's Exmor R technology. Fingers crossed, hopefully we'll be getting our hands on this beast sooner rather than later.
We are presuming that Sony Ericsson will be announcing the device at the MWC next year. Till then we can just ogle at rumours and leaks.
