Samsung launches Jet 2 in india at Rs. 19,500

Samsung has the extended its Jet series of Smart phones in India with the launch of Samsung Jet 2.Β The new Samsung Jet 2, while retaining the original stylish features of the Samsung Jet, provides consumers the benefits of advanced features of a smart phone and easy-to-use user interface of a conventional mobile phone.Samsung Jet 2 features 3.1" WVGA AMOLED display and has 5 MP Camera. The new Jet 2 packs some additional features like the Google Push Email and allows media content sharing technology among DLNA certified devices. The phone also comes equipped with an English dictionary and an advanced Media Browser, which allows the users to close several widgets at once through motion control. SNS widgets listed on the phone allows users to easily access various social networking sites.
Jet 2 comes with inbuilt Samsungβs Dolphin Internet browser which allows its users to view up to five web pages simultaneously and bookmark their favourite websites as widgets on the phoneβs homepage. A built in ad-blocker, multiple downloading and background downloading feature, and multi-purpose address field, further enhance the experience while Dolfinβs unique one finger zoom enables users to zoom in and out of web pages using only one hand.

Jet 2 has 3D media gate which offers easy access to six key multimedia features, such as Photo album, Music player, Video player, FM Radio, Games and internet, all simply accessed by rolling a six sided cube UI on the screen.
Breaking away from multi-touch zoom technology which requires the use of two fingers and two hands, Samsung Jet 2 allows βone finger zoom,β which enables one hand operation to zoom in and out. One finger zoom can be used not only for the Internet browser, but also for Photo browser and file viewer to see TXT, PDF and PPT files in four times bigger size.
Samsung Jet 2 is priced at Rs. 19,500. The Samsung Jet (previous model) is priced at Rs.24,150.
