MTNL (Mumbai) today revised its Dolphin Postpaid Plan-149 (2G/3G). MTNL today announced that the users of this plan now will get free talk value worth of Rs.100 per month which can be used to make Local and STD calls to any Network across India.This postpaid plan is applicable for 2G and 3G customer of Mumbai telecom circleWith this plan customer can make Local, STD,Voice and Video call to MTNL Network (Mumbai-Delhi) at just Half Paisa per Second (one Paisa for 2 Seconds) while Local, STD Voice & Video calls to any network across India will be charged @ just 1 paisa per Second. The Local, National and International SMS Charges will be 25 paisa, Rs.1 and Rs.2.50 per SMS respectively. With this plan 2G and 3G customer can use GPRS/Mobile Broadband-3.5G just at 1 paisa for 10 KB by default tariff.
