Motorola Droid 4 on its way?

It was just a few months back that we saw the release of Motorola Droid 3 and now it seems that Motorola is ready the with Droid 4. The device is said to be ultra-thin like Droid RAZR with an addition of a slideout keyboard. The Droid 4 is said to bring in LTE radio onboard which was probably the only thing missing in the previous Droid.
Specs of the Droid 4 are as follows:
- 4″ screen (probably Super AMOLED Advanced)
- Android 2.3.5
- Full 5-row backlit keyboard
- HDMI out
- Assuming an 8MP with 1080p video recording and a front camera
- RAZR like styling
- 4G LTE
- Non-removable battery
- MotoACTV syncing
The information on the processor is not yet available but it will mostly have a 1.2GHz OMAP4430 processor, same as that of RAZR or at least better. No details over the release date, but we’ll surely keep you updated.
