Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd (BSNL) is offering extra talk value on Top-ups as Onam offer to its customers in Kerala Telecom Circle. These recharges can be availed by BSNL Kerala Telecom Circle Prepaid 2G and 3G subscribers via Paper coupouns and e-recharge. This offer is available till 1st September 2010. Here are the details :
