BlackBerry London to be first BBX running handset, not Colt

A picture has popped up at The Verge which is dubbed as ‘London’ and is said to be the first handset to run on BlackBerry’s newly announced BBX platform.

It is said to be headed for a June 2012 release. The ‘London’ may replace the previously rumoured BlackBerry Colt which was previously said to be first BBX running device.

Specs of the London may be as below:
- 1.5GHz TI OMAP dual-core processor with
- 1GB of RAM.
- May come with 16GB of onboard storage
- An 8-megapixel rear camera
- 2-megapixel front-facing for video chat
With this BGR also confirming via its sources that the BB Colt has been scrapped and the London will be the first BBX running device. More on this may pop up as days pass by. Stay tuned.
