TATA DOCOMO today announced the launch of its operations in Rajasthan. It is covering 580 towns & 2,867 villages. TATA DOCOMO is already operating in Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Orissa, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Mumbai, Rest of Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh-Chhattisgarh, Haryana, Kolkata, Rest of West Bengal, Jharkhand-Bihar, Punjab, UP (East), UP (West), Gujarat and Himachal Pradesh telecom Circles.

TATA DOCOMO has launched Pay Per Second ‘ISD Packs’. This Pack will allow all its subscribers in Punjab to make international calls to any phone in the US and Canada  at  1 paisa per second. The new ISD Packs are available at Rs 59 with a validity of 30 days and Rs. 205 with a Talktime of Rs. 145 with validity of 30 days.

TATA DOCOMO today introduced Daily and Weekly Prepaid BlackBerry Plans. Tata DOCOMO pre-paid customers can choose from two service plans — BlackBerry MaiLite, which offers customers access to e-mail and instant messaging services, and BlackBerry Internet Service, which also offers access to e-mail and instant messaging, as well as social networking sites and Internet browsing.

Under the BlackBerry MaiLite service plan, customers get unlimited access to e-mail and popular instant messaging services. It allows customers to access as many as 10 supported e-mail accounts such as Hotmail, Yahoo! Mail, Google Mail and chat on popular services, including Windows Live Messenger, Google Talk, Yahoo! Messenger and BlackBerry Messenger. As an additional benefit, BlackBerry Smartphones can display messages from multiple mailboxes in a single inbox and support viewing of e-mail attachments.
