Here is a good news for those who were cursing Telecom Regulatory Authority of India for the 100 SMS Per day per SIM limit. Now you can send more than 100 SMS Per day. Can't believe that? Well it's true. TRAI has revised the limit from 100 SMS per day to 200 SMS Per day per SIM, Yay! This revision came within just over a month of the announcement of 100 SMS per day restriction.
We welcome this move and hope that the Telecom Operators will announce revised SMS tariffs soon.
I generally don't send 100 SMS a day, most of the times it doesn't exceed even 10, so to me this increase of limit hardly matters, but I know there are many for whom sending over 100 SMS a day is like nothing. So if you are one of those, who sends more then 100 SMS per day, then do share your thoughts.

The Q3 2011 results are in and according to sources, it is quiet clear that HTC is the king of smartphones in the US. The company has left Apple and Samsung behind and now leads the standing of smartphone manufacturers in the country. 'Quietly Brilliant', I must say.HTC shipped 5.7 million smartphones in the US under its own brand and about 70,000 units under the T-Mobile brand. The company has also been selling 4G products like hot cakes through various carriers and has been doing very well in providing one of the best and one of the most stable Android devices.
Even Samsung, for that matter, has left Apple behind and has gained the second spot in the US market. Samsung sold about 4.9 million units and Apple’s US smartphone shipments came up to 4.6 million in the quarter.

According to sources Gmail is all ready with its native Gmail app for the iPhone. The app has already been submitted to Apple for review. So it won’t be any surprise if the app is available at the iTunes App store soon.
Till now iPhone users have used the mobile web version of Gmail, which is very well optimized for the iPhone but what’s new in the Gmail app? Well users will finally get push notifications, which was till now missing from all Gmail clients. With it, features like Priority Inbox and one click starring of messages may also be available. Other features may include contact icons, better threading, and deep searching functionality. Also there is possibility of some Google+ integration.
