However, STD call rate on this pack is Re.1 per minute. This offer is tailor-made for customers who make more local calls. IDEA Cellular has announced Pay Per Second tariff plans In Bihar and Jharkhand. IDEA has introduced new tariff plan allowing its subscribers to pay per second for calls. IDEA subscribers availing this plan will get to make all Local and STD calls on any network in India, at the lowest tariff of 1 paisa per second. To avail the per second tariff plan, existing IDEA subscribers can purchase a special voucher priced at Rs. 8, whereas new subscribers can get it for Rs.14.
