With all the leaks doing the round, this one comes straight from China. Pictures of a probable Nokia 801T have emerged over a Chinese forum which comes directly from the Telecommunication Equipment Certification Centre, China.

The device has TD SCDMA /GSM support with an 8MP camera and no physical button on the front. Well this brings us to a question that the device will run on Symbian ^ 3 OS and so how will a user access the menu? Probably it will run Symbian Belle as it doesn't need one.

Well, now sources claim that the handset was actually the Nokia 601. The handset does remind us of the Nokia 700 and even the guys at My Nokia Blog believe so. The back image shown here by PocketNow seems pretty fake as if the camera was stolen from the C7/701 and just slapped it across the handset.

There is no information about the change-log so we can't be sure about any new feature or addition. Also, the updates for the E63, E66 and E71 are non-UDP (User Date Preservation) as these devices don't support this feature, so you will need to make a backup in case you plan to update your device using the unofficial update from Navifirm or even the official update when it arrives.

The BlackBerry Java SDK has now been released on v7.1 with a beta status and adds a few API's that developers will be making use of.
Most notably:
- NFC Peer-to-Peer API, allowing applications to share files and other data through NFC technology initiated communication with Bluetooth® handover.
- FM radio API, which is designed to give applications the ability to manipulate FM tuner settings on BlackBerry Smartphones with supporting hardware.
- Profiles API, which brings more Super App features to applications, allowing them to query current profile settings and adjust their own application behaviour accordingly; or, conversely, intelligently change the current profile to match the user's current activities.
