 There have been innumerous queries on Orkut and Facebook about TATA DOCOMO's launch in Gujarat. Here is a good News for all the people in Gujarat who are interested in Getting a TATA DOCOMO connection. TATA DOCOMO is launching its GSM mobile services in Gujarat today. Our sources confirmed that the launch will happen today. We earlier wrote an article about TATA DOCOMO's launch in Novemeber but due to non-release of Spectrum TATA DOCOMO launch got delayed.Stay tuned to MobiGyaan for more updates on TATA DOCOMO. |

Mahanagar Telephone Nigam (MTNL) has revised its MyGroup tariff plan for its Prepaid subscribers of Mumbai circle. MTNL has reduced call rates as well as monthly services charges for My Group Plan. From the earlier Rs.30 rental it has now reduced it to Rs.20 per month. Call and SMS rates have been brought to 5 paisa Per Minute from the previous 10paisa. Other Call & SMS Charges will be applicable as per Trump prepaid normal plan.
Vodafone has announced that all Vodafone customers can purchase DLF IPL season III tickets through Vodafone M-Shop. Vodafone Customers can access M-Shop by dialing 53333 (toll free) or SMS MSHOP to 53333. Customers can also buy tickets by logging into Vodafone Live or www.vodafone.in.
Loop Mobile has launched its Mobile Service Gallery in a bid to provide its subscribers the flexibility to access services at their doorstep. The services being offered at the Mobile Service Gallery are similar to that of any Loop Mobile outlet. The ‘mobile’ service gallery is a first of its kind in Mumbai. Loop Mobile subscribers can now simply step in the van positioned in their neighborhood and enjoy an innovative experience.
A Skype client for Nokia smartphones based on the Symbian platform is now available. Skype for Symbian will allow Nokia smartphone users worldwide to use Skype on the move, over either a WiFi or mobile data connection (GPRS, EDGE, 3G). It is now downloadable for free from the Ovi Store, Nokia's one-stop shop for mobile content.
TATA Teleservices Limited has announced a ' Customer Service Charter ' for TATA Indicom customer. Under this Charter the company guarantees pre-determined levels of service and support—and includes ‘Compensation Clauses’ to pay back customers if the set service levels are not met. This initiative commemorates the 171st birth anniversary of Tata Group Founder, Sir Jamsetji Nusserwanji Tata.
TATA Indicom has added one more handset to its portfolio of CDMA handsets which includes handsets of companies like Samsung, Nokia, HTC, Huawei and others. TATA Indicom has launched Micromax C112 at Rs. 1699. It is a Color FM handset. Micromax C112 is available with Tata Indicom’s ‘Pay Per Second’ offering for its prepaid customers across circles.
Nokia has unveiled a new smartphone, Nokia C5. It is optimized for social networking and sharing. Loaded with a 3.2 megapixel camera, a 2GB memory card that comes in-box and high speed data connection for uploading of photos and videos to various online communities such as Facebook, Orkut and MySpace.Newsletter
