New GPRS packs from Uninor for Bihar and Jharkhand customers

Uninor has announced special GPRS packs for its customers in Bihar & Jharkhand that comes which offer free data download. The new packs cost Rs 14 and Rs 23 and the packs offer free data usage to access the internet.


Users get 600 MB of data with the GPRS 14 pack which costs Rs.14 and 1.4GB when they go for GPRS GPRS 23 pack which costs Rs.23. These GPRS packs would offer internet access to its customers for a validity period of 3days and 7 days.

We know the team behind Foursquare added the new NFC features for Android and Symbian devices so that they can easily check-in at places by simply tapping on NFC tags/stickers.

Telecom operator Aircel has introduced some new Pocket Internet 3G plans which might entice a few users as the company is offering high-speed transfer on the new plans.

The plans come with a FUP (Fair Usage Policy) in which up to a certain data limit, users will get data transfer speed of 3.6Mbps and once the data limit finishes, the speed goes down to 128kpbs. There also 2 separate plans which give users speeds of 7.2Mbps.
