In a bid to serve its users better and provide value for money service Airtel has introduces 2 new Rate Cutters, RC 39 and RC 154 for its users in Chennai and Tamil Nadu telecom circle.
With RC 39, Airtel users will be able to make all STD calls to their loved ones all over India at just 30p/minute. This includes calls to both on-net and off-net numbers. The validity of this RC is 30 days.

11.6 inch Galaxy Tab with 2GHz processor may arrive at MWC 2012

If rumours are to be believed, then Samsung is planning to launch a new galaxy Tab In February 2012 during the Mobile World Congress (MWC). Now what's special about the Tab is that it's said to bigger than the current Galaxy Tab 10.1. The new Tab will have an 11.6 inch screen which is the largest till now for any tablet in the market.
With the huge screen it is also said to be running on the recently announced 2GHz dual-core Exynos 5250. Also the large screen will come with a better resolution of maybe 2560 x 1600 pixels and an aspect ratio of 16:10. It'll run on the latest Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich and also support Android beam for syncing your data with Galaxy Nexus. You may also get to see a wireless docking station for playing games.

Marriott International has announced a brand new, free mobile app for iPhone, Android and BlackBerry devices for India. In case you don't have one of these devices then there is also an app-based mobile website that can be accessed from any web-enabled mobile device.
The new Marriott Mobile app enables travellers to quickly find nearby hotels, book a room, check their upcoming reservations and get details about their hotel, including photos. With the app and mobile website, travellers can also enrol in Marriott Rewards, check their point balance, and even find out what's happening in the local area.

Idea has today launched some special recharge vouchers for both, its new and existing prepaid subscribers in Assam & North East. These recharge vouchers give subscribers the benefit of calling a large base of Idea users and also other mobile users. The new recharge vouchers offer bulk minutes on mobile to mobile calling.
New users who recharge with Rs. 101 will get 1,000 minutes of Local Idea to Idea calling and 300 minutes of Idea to other local mobile network calling and with Rs. 201 voucher, they will get 2,000 minutes of Local Idea to Idea and 700 local minutes of Idea to other local mobile network calling. Yes you read it right. We all have been waiting for that one update called 'Symbian Belle' from Nokia for S^3 and Symbian Anna running devices, but Nokia seems to be in no mood to release the update before 2012.
In a reply to a query of a Nokia user, Nokia UK has replied that Symbian Belle will be out in early 2012. It was in October when we heard from various sources that Nokia will roll out the update for all S^3 devices on the October 23rd, but of no good.
