Robert Herskowitz, an Apple product user has filed a federal class action suit against Apple saying that the company double-billed the purchases he made on iTunes.

Robert now seeks damages of more than $5 million for a national class, alleging breach of contract, breach of faith, unjust enrichment, unfair competition and business law violations. WOW!

Nokia 808 PureView to start hitting shelves in May

Nokia has announced some exciting news today by confirming that the Nokia 808 PureView will be available in the month of May in selected markets. The best part is that Nokia has announced that the one of the first markets to begin selling the award-winning camera-phone will include India.

Announced back in February at the Mobile World Congress 2012, the Nokia 808 PureView has received multiple awards, including Best Mobile Device as well as an award for Best Imaging Innovation for 2012 from the Technical Image Press Association (TIPA).

Indian Railways to offer Internet in trains, soon

Ever wanted to use the internet while travelling in train in India, but failed due to the bad connectivity by your mobile operator? All of this is in the past now as the Indian Railways will finally be offering Internet services to its passengers, on-the-go straight into the coaches.
Thanks to the grant of permission from the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO), Indian Railways will now be able to make use of the KU band frequency that ISRO makes use of and link its satellite to provide Internet.

If you thought Angry Birds Space was the next big thing for game developers Rovio, then think again. We kind of knew this was coming and here it is, the official Angry Birds Land has opened at Särkänniemi Theme Park in Finland offering a whole new experience of the bird slinging game.


Angry Birds Land currently has 12 rides, an adventure course, games and food points, designed especially for families and young children.

Airtel, after launching its 4G services in Kolkata has now appointed mobile handset and telecom equipment maker Huawei to manage and supply all the equipment for Airtel’s TD LTE 4G network in Karnataka.

Huawei has been partners with Airtel in Sri Lanka & part of Bangladesh and is also the 3G provider in the state of Karnataka & Tamil Nadu and now Airtel’s 4G LTE network is going to be aided by Huawei as it is based on its TD LTE technology. The new 4G network will be providing high speed wireless internet access at super fast speeds and with wider bandwidth.

Barack Obama recently got an Airtel connection in Andhra Pradesh, well not really. M Prasad, a 21 year old man from Nalgonda in Andhra Pradesh got his Airtel connection using Barack Obama's photgraph.
Airtel activated his number, however SP of Nalgonda got to know about it and now that number is de-activated.

The developers can use the SDK to create apps with C/C++ using Qt. The Native SDK for BlackBerry 10 also has various APIs which will give developers access to core device features and a range of BlackBerry application services, such as Push and Payment services. The SDK will also have Cascades, which is a powerful native application development toolset that allows developers to easily build visually stunning applications without having to write complex, low-level graphics code.
