Grand Theft Auto III coming to Android and iOS

Rockstar Games, the makers of ever-popular series of game Grand Theft Auto has announced that on the 10th anniversary of Grand Theft Auto III, they are bringing it to the Android and iOS devices. Though no official date of launch has been declared but the lists of devices that are confirmed to support the game is out.
GTA III will run on :
Apple iOS Devices: iPad 2, iPhone 4S
Android Phones: Droid X2, HTC Evo 2, LG Optimus 2X, Motorola Atrix, Samsung Galaxy S2
Android Tablets: Acer Iconia, Asus Eee Pad, Motorola Xoom, Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1
With this they have also launched a limited-edition action figure of lead character Claude, created by renowned collectible manufacturer Sideshow, which will be available for pre-order in limited quantities at the http://www.rockstarwarehouse.com/
The Developer Millionaire League announced by Nokia India

Nokia today has recognized and honoured a select team of eleven Indian developers whose applications have crossed the milestone of one million downloads worldwide on the Nokia Store. Titled ‘Nokia Millionaires League’, these eleven Indian developers are among just 200 Nokia developers across the world to have accomplished this milestone. Acknowledging this achievement, Nokia today also launched an exclusive set of applications specially developed by the Nokia Millionaires. The applications, themed across diverse genres, will be available for consumers by end of October on the Nokia Store across Nokia devices.
Nokia had earlier introduced Operator Billing for consumers which ensured that application purchases increase by 13% benefiting the developers. Additionally, credit card payment option is now available in India besides 170 other markets globally.

Microsoft is ready to give-away 25 Windows Phone devices to frustrated BlackBerry users. Yes, if you are frustrated by your BlackBerry due to the recent outage, then all you need to do is reply to @BenThePCGuy on twitter and tell him why you would like to switch to Windows Phone and you may soon be the owner of a Window Phone device. Foursquare has announced an update to its iOS app. The version 4.0 update is compatible with iOS 5 which has been released for download for all users. This updated app takes full advantage of iOS 5′s new region monitoring capabilities and comes with a new feature called “Radar”. This new feature alerts you of destinations which you may be interested in to visit. Also if any of your friends or family members is somewhere nearby, it would alert you about his/her presence so that you can catch up with them.

Suppose you visit a new city, then Foursquare will also suggest you with the happening places that you may be interested in visiting. Also with the update, there is a minor change in the foursquare logo. The purple ball is now green in colour. The latest app is up for download via iTunes over here or directly from Foursquare over here.
LG Doubleplay for T-Mobile network leaks in a press image

A rumoured handset, the LG Doubleplay (rumoured as the Flip II) has been spotted again sporting a small display which divides the QWERTY-keyboard. This time the handset has been spotted with a T-Mobile logo which suggests that it will be US-first launch.
The main display is said to have a 320x480 HVGA resolution. Other rumoured specs include a 5 MP camera at the back and Android 2.3. Doubleplay will be launching on 2nd November for $150 on contract.The handset surely has a new design perspective, but I personally think that the secondary display is just a trying-real-hard effort by LG to get some attention. Nokia launches a new Bluetooth Headset with NFC called the Luna

Nokia just announced the Nokia 603 and now here is a new accessory launched by the company. The Nokia Luna Bluetooth Headset is a bright looking headset which offers Bluetooth connectivity along with NFC.
The Luna headset has a two-piece design; the base and the part that you put in your ear. Taking the earpiece out of the base automatically starts up the Bluetooth connection to your phone and answers incoming calls. Putting it back hangs up the call and powers down the Bluetooth connection. The headset also includes voice prompts to assist you with pairing, and also to tell you when the battery is low. It even has NFC built in so it can connect Nokia handsets supporting the NFC connectivity feature. The battery life is up to 8 hours talktime or 60 days standby. The handset will come in a range of colours including black, white, fuchsia, green, yellow and blue, and will be available from Q4 2011 and should cost around €69.
