Nokia's second Windows Phone smartphone, Lumia 710 has started shipping from today. Nokia has made the announcement today, a month after the Lumia 800 was launched.
The Nokia Lumia 710 will start selling today in Taiwan alongside the Nokia Lumia 800. The Nokia Lumia 710 will then reach stores in Singapore, Hong Kong, India and Russia in the next seven days and continue its global roll-out over the coming weeks.

Yes you read it right. We all have been waiting for that one update called 'Symbian Belle' from Nokia for S^3 and Symbian Anna running devices, but Nokia seems to be in no mood to release the update before 2012.

In a reply to a query of a Nokia user, Nokia UK has replied that Symbian Belle will be out in early 2012. It was in October when we heard from various sources that Nokia will roll out the update for all S^3 devices on the October 23rd, but of no good.

Yes, even stats of an app can reveal many interesting details about the upcoming devices that are in hiding but cannot stay away from us. The recent stats of the Times of India app have revealed a few interesting things. First, it confirms two new Nokia Windows Phone devices that have been rumoured earlier, Nokia Lumia 900 (Ace) and Nokia Champagne.


The Nokia Lumia 900 has been spotted a few times before and has interesting specs such as 4.3 inch Clear Black AMOLED display with a 1.4 GHz processor. It may also have an 8 MP camera.

After a month from the last update, Nokia has released another update to the Nokia QML client. The latest version 3.20.044 brings in loads of new features which include additional language support, support for Nokia E6, virtual keyboard, improved search and Registration Lite, which will allow users to download up to 10 apps without registration or logging in.

Some cases or what it could be the whole housing of new Nokia device have been spotted. The colours are the tradition black, cyan and pink and the back has a huge hole which is probably going to be for the camera.

Nokia has today announced the Nokia X2-02 which is the successor to the X1-01 Dual-Sim phone. The X2-02 comes with Easy Swap feature and dual-standby. It has an internal FM antenna, MP3 player, dedicated music keys, recording capability, an in-built loudspeaker for music playback, and 32GB of memory space. It has a unique "Play via Radio" feature allows you to record songs directly from the radio, and then share playlists through your home music system, your car, or with other mobile phones.


The X2-02 with Easy Swap can allow you to change SIM cards quickly and can remember up to 5 SIM cards. Using the SIM manager you can manage up to 5 SIM settings and also name each SIM. The phone measures 113 x 50 x 15 mm and weighs just 93g including the battery. The display is 2.2-inch, 240×320 pixels, and it comes with a 2-megapixel camera at the back.

Nokia has announced the newest colour for the MeeGo powered Nokia N9 as they have made the white colour official. We did report about this last month and now it seems Nokia has made the news official.


Consumers have started fancying white handset nowadays and it seems that Nokia doesn't want to stay behind in the competition of the colours. Frank Zillikens, who heads the product marketing for Nokia N9 said "The manufacturing process for beautiful white products is quite complex and we wanted to make sure we deliver the best possible quality for our consumers."
