Galaxy S III wireless charger to be available by September

We heard rumours before the Galaxy S III was launched that it might come with wireless charging capabilities. While Samsung did not boast about the feature at the launch, it did reveal a wireless charging kit for the smartphone.

Images of HTC Golf aka HTC Desire C leak

Just last month we saw a press shot of the HTC Golf (Codename) and at that time we expected it to go on to be released as the HTC Wildfire C.

But now, guys at ITProPortal have posted some hands-on images which they received. According to them, the HTC Golf will go on to be called HTC Desire C instead of the Wildfire C, which if true will see HTC resurrecting the Desire brand for this entry-level product.

Sony Xperia GX and Xperia SX launched, first LTE smartphones from Sony

Sony has today announced two additions to its Xperia line with the introduction of the Sony Xperia GX (Hayabusa) and Xperia SX, which are the first LTE-capable smartphones for its consumers in Japan.

Just yesterday we saw images of the Sony LT29i Hayabusa leak and it was rumoured that it would go on to be called the Sony Xperia GX and today we see Sony making the device official. The images that leaked yesterday go on to match with the official images of the Xperia GX.

Samsung Galaxy S III and Visa to offer payments via NFC at the London Olympics

Samsung and Visa have joined hands and have announced that the Samsung Galaxy S III will be Samsung’s Olympic Games Phone during the London 2012 Games.

There will be a limited edition S III enabled with Visa’s mobile payment application, Visa payWave which will be available for Samsung and Visa sponsored athletes and trialists. This will allow them to buy merchandise easily at thousands of retail locations throughout London.

Today we are shifting from personal computers to mobile devices including smartphones and tablets. Well according to statistics, mobile devices now accounts for 10% of all Internet usage worldwide.

This comes after a huge rise in the usage of smartphones and tablets around the globe in the past months. Web access from mobile devices has increased more than double since the year 2010 which had only 3.81% of the total internet access.

Sony LT29i Hayabusa leaks again in a blurrycam image

The new range Xperia of smartphones which include the Xperia S, U and P from Sony have gone on to impress us all with all the features and specs and next in the line is the Sony LT29i code-named Hayabusa which has leaked before and has now made another appearance thanks to our beloved blurry cam.
