Sick of your phone's small screen? What if you could adjust your phone screen at whim? The concept takes inspiration from pocket based Pico projectors and takes it a step further though virtual projection.

Simply put, it collaborates with your phone's camera and images them at different objects. So basically, the image is then transferred to any device and behaves like a real world-projection, which you can adjust at whim i.e. rotate the screen and the projection rotates. Move it and the projection moves.

It is an announcement that has been due since long. The joint-CEOs of BlackBerry parent company Research in Motion (RIM) have announced their resignation and have named Thorsten Heins as CEO.

"There comes a time in the growth of every successful company when the founders recognize the need to pass the baton to new leadership. Jim and I went to the Board and told them that we thought that time was now. With BlackBerry 7 now out, PlayBook 2.0 shipping in February and BlackBerry 10 expected to ship later this year, the company is entering a new phase, and we felt it was time for a new leader to take it through that phase and beyond. Jim, the Board and I all agreed that leader should be Thorsten Heins."

I am a shutter-bug and I love taking my DSLR camera with me whenever Iam on the move and of course whenever it's possible. But there are times when I feel too lazy to adjust my shutter speeds and apertures, so I just whip out my smartphone, tap here and there and voila!

Smartphones of today are equipped with some of the most amazing camera sensors, lenses and softwares to capture some breath-taking shots. I believe this is one of the reasons why so many people have started getting into photography (ok, I won't judge, but that's what they believe). I always and always used to prefer a separate camera, if not my DSLR to click pictures. But now, my smartphone is my secondary camera to click some quick shots and to record videos at 1080p.

No, this isn't the recently announced Xperia S by Sony (Ericsson). Infact according to what sources are saying, this might be the codenamed handset 'Kumquat' (ST25i) that Sony will be launching soon.

If you remember, the name was mentioned in a list of all unannounced Sony handsets which was leaked just a few days ago and judging by the looks and design, it seems to be a more affordable version of the Xperia S.
