MTNL has launched 2 new Daily packs for its Prepaid (GSM) users in Delhi. The Daily STD pack costs Rs. 21, will give you a talktime of 21paise and will allow you to make free STD calls for 60 minutes with a validity of 1 day. While the Daily Local pack comes at Rs. 11 with 11paise talktime it will allow you to make 60 minutes of free local calls and will have 1 day validity.  As of now these packs will only be available on Pyro recharge and can be availed from 01-10-2011. There is no limit on the number of times a customer can avail this pack.

MTNL Delhi on the occasion of Durga Puja and Upcoming Diwali has launched a special Top-Up coupon for its Trump customers. The Top-Up coupon 1508 comes at Rs. 1551 and will give you a talktime of Rs. 2011. So you’ll get an excess of Rs. 460. You can use all the talktime to talk to your near and dear ones on the occasion of the festivals.

MTNL Mumbai now offers Speed on Demand for its Triband users

MTNL has today launched Speed on Demand for its Broadband users in Mumbai. Starting from Rs.10/hour for 1 Mbps speed and Rs.30/hour for 2 Mbps speed during day time,and the price goes up to Rs.30/hour for 1 Mbps and Rs.55/hour for 2Mbps speed. MTNL is also offering Upload speed on demand.

This service will only be available only to unlimited plan consumers having a speed of 1 Mbps and less. This promotional offer is valid for 3 months from 27-09-2011. Below are the rates for the different plans during date and night.

MTNL Delhi regularizes ‘All-in-1-Paisa’ plan

We had reported about MTNL Delhi introducing the ‘All-In-1-Paisa’ plan in July for a limited period and now MTNL has decided to regularize the plan. If you are buying a new connection you have to go for the Rs. 97 FRC which will include a 3G Sim-card with 1 year validity and all outgoing calls to all networks would be at 1p/sec for a year. Incoming and outgoing calls while roaming will also be charged at 1p/sec.

It you are already an existing subscriber you can go for the Rs. 44 conversion  coupon which will change your existing plan to ‘All-in-1-Paisa’ plan for 1 year.

MTNL Mumbai has launched Hindi version of its website. It can be accessed at here. MTNL is celebrating Hindi Pakhwara and on the occasion MTNL's CMD Kuldeep Singh announced the launch of MTNL Mumbai's hindi website.

This website has been formed on Unicode and is the replica of the English website of MTNL in layout and content. It has been made internally by MTNL employees.

MTNL launches “Trial BB plan 500” for new broadband users

MTNL Delhi has launched a new Trial Plan for its new Broadband users wherein they can avail the offer and get unlimited data usage at a speed of 512 Kbps for 30 days at a price of Rs. 500. There is no security or registration fee for this plan. Only incoming calls will be available on the telephone and outgoing calls can be done using a VCC which MTNL will provide worth Rs. 100.

MTNL will provide the Modem and telephone instrument. At the end of the trial, customer can opt for other plans that MTNL offers and  if the customer doesn’t wish to continue with MTNL at the end of the trial, MTNL will remove the modem and telephone instrument. This plan is available from 15-09-2011 for 30 days.
