Guide : How to Activate and Use Samsung Advance Mobile Tracker

Many Samsung Mobile Handsets have Advance Mobile Tracker facility. Advance Mobile tracker is a security feature that helps recover lost or stolen phones. An updated version, Advance Mobile tracker improves its services by securing information and phone calls to your mobile even after it is lost or stolen. Owners can remotely remove all the data from the missing phone, so that none of the information stored on the mobile can be accessed by other people. In addition, calls can be redirected to another handset, ensuring you won't miss a call even though you have lost your mobile. The feature will also alert you to the general location of your mobile, helping you recover lost or misplaced phones.- In Menu mode, select Settings → Security → Mobile tracker 2.0 → Settings.
- Enter a new 8-digit password for the mobile tracker and press the Confirm key.
- Enter the new password again and press the Confirm key.
- Scroll left or right to On.
- Scroll down and press <Options> → Add recipient to enter the recipient list.
- Press <Options> → Contacts to open your contact list.
- Scroll to a contact and press <OK>.
- Select a number (if necessary).
- Press <Options> → Ok to save the recipient list.
- Scroll down and press <Options> → Edit to enter the sender's name.
- Enter the sender's name and press the Confirm key.
- Press <Options> → Save.
- Press <OK> → Yes.
To change the password for the mobile tracker,
select Change password.
How to access your lost phone
If a remote phone has the mobile tracker 2.0 feature and it is activated, you can get contacts, delete data, and get location information of the remote phone.
To get contacts of the remote phone,
- In Menu mode, select Settings → Security → Mobile tracker 2.0 → Access remote phone.
- Enter the mobile tracker password of the remote phone and scroll down.
- Enter the phone number of the remote phone and press <OK>.
- Select Get Contact Entry.
- Enter the name of the contact you want to retrieve and press the Confirm key.
Your phone will receive a text message with the contact information.
To delete data on the remote phone
- In Menu mode, select Settings → Security → Mobile tracker 2.0 → Access remote phone.
- Enter the mobile tracker password of the remote phone and scroll down. remote
- Enter the phone number of the remote phone and press <OK> .
- Select Delete User Data.
- Press <Yes>.
A call log list, Phonebook contacts, and all messages of the remote phone will be deleted.
To get location information
- In Menu mode, select Settings → Security → Mobile tracker 2.0 → Access remote phone.
- 2 Enter the mobile tracker password of the remote phone and scroll down.
- . Enter the phone number of the remote phone and press <ok>.
- Select Get Location Information.
- Press <Send>.
You will receive a text message with the remote phone’s location information.
If you are using a phone that does not support Mobile tracker 2.0, you can send the SMS codes below to the remote phone via a text message.
Get Contact Entry:
GETPB <MT password><contact name or <name>*>
Delete User Data:
DELUSRDATA <MT password>
Get Location Information:
GETLOCINFO <MT password>

Start-Stop Service provides Airtel customers an Easy & Instant way to activate or de-activate any Value Added Service (VAS) of their choice. With Airtel’s Start-Stop service customers can:
-Browse all available subscription based Value Added Services in Airtel.
-Get a summary of any subscription based Value Added Services in Airtel including all applicable charges.
-Subscribe to any subscription based Value Added Services in Airtel.

Airtel customers can SMS 'Start' or 'Stop' to 121 (toll free). An SMS is sent acknowledging customer's request & advises them of the next step. If the customer sends 'Start' to 121, then the service checks for all the subscription services not subscribed by the customer & presents those services through an easy to understand & interactive menu. However if the customer sends 'Stop' to 121, then the service checks for all the services subscribed by the customer & presents them to the customer for further action.
To subscribe to a service or un-subscribe from a service, the customer has to reply to the menu message with the number mentioned against the service. Once the system receives a response from the customer, a confirmation is sought to avoid any confusion, post which a service is Started or Stopped.

Unlock locked albums on Samsung Duo

Do you own a Samsung Duo and forgot the password after locking its one or all of the albums? I will tell you how to access your locked albums. There is a very simple hack to remove the password. No software is required for doing so. At the end of this article I will also tell you a mobile software limitation of Samsung Duo. But first I will tell you the procedure to unlock albums on you Samsung Duo mobile.Follow these steps :

3. Now in My_album there is a file named config (Delete it or rename it)
Thats it!!! you are done Now access the unlocked albums.
Please note if you do not want the owner of the mobile to know that you have access his locked files then rename the config file to any other name say cofig1 (or anyother name you like) and once you are done with it again rename it as config.
In anyother case if you like you may delete that file.
This hack will enable you only to unlock album and not any other option of Samsung Duo which is locked.
At the beginning of this article I told that I will tell you about 1 limitation of Samsung Duo which I am sure no one of you know or you knew about it but never reported the limitation to Samsung People. The limitation of Samsung Duo is that - you can not store more than one email id with same domain. Lets say you want to store abc@gmail.com and cba@gmail.com - Once you store any of these you will not be able to store one. I came across this problem and reported it to Samsung Customer Care, they upgraded my handset software but this did not solve my problem. Then they informed there senior technicians of Samsung Head office from where I was informed that I was the first who report this bug.
